nice one! and is a huge shame for malaysia... those who really can study is not able to get the scholarship, while those SO SO one can get better treat then them.. totally double standard... and the 60% are f**king too much... they should reconsider it again... 1 malaysia? bullshit lar.. still wanto blame those ppl don't wanto come back malaysia to serivce... if i treat well and fair at oversea, what for i come back and face those double standard issue... feding those who no need to work and get less pay...
