Wickham is a good player for the future (2 season later) but another alternative that can have immediate impact & provide option for LFC is Emmanuel Adebayor (Man City now on loan to Real Madrid). He has indicated that he wanted to play regularly & to leave M.City. Est. $15 M pounds.

Sakho will be a cheaper & better option if LFC cannot get their 1st choice Gary Cahill
