Singapore is such a small place but with good economical background.  I am sure they are really enjoying the control and aid from USA.  I think Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia are all afraid of the growth of China.  However, ironically Singapore has 80% population are Chinese originated !
