It depends on how heavy the tritium steam has been released in the air.  Tritium is radioactive and it is always combined with water molecules to form tritiated water which will release small amount of beta energy.   I believe the half year of tritium is 12 - 13 years.  Since tritium is ionizing radioactive, expose to it for a long time, it will enhance the chance to develop alternated cell development namely cancer.  It is no good !
