Frankly speaking, who sets the cost of production ?   I am sure it is the merchant from England.  They are selling the product at 20 pounds bu the cost to China manufacturer is 1 pound or less.  Who is the one who profits the most ?  Hard working Chinese just wants to make a living !   Complaint to Chinese manufacturer ?  Should have done it to the English merchant !
