Well, I guess the era of the inventors are coming to an end now.  Most of the inventors or the ones who made their fortune in silicone valley such as Jerry Yang has to step down and let the business man such as Scott Thompson to try to revive the internet search engine namely Yahoo !   Like Old Chinese say -- it sure is difficult to start a business, but to keep and expand it is much more difficult !
