Well, a lucky and happy ending story.  But I can not imagine a certified labor and deliver nurse would not recognize the sign of delivery.  Then again, I admire her strong will because I believe it is 10 level painfulness to deliver a baby and at the same time, she has to focus on how to deliver her !  By the way, what was the husband doing during the delivery time ?  And EMS should be able to arrive within minutes ?!
