One thing I do not understand the reasoning, this sounds like a family who has couple of bad kids and what the parents do was kick them out of house and don't let them come back.  Does it mean that the kids are no longer carry the family name / honor ?  I thought the parents should give a guidelines to the kids and turn them back into a better persons ?
