Well, I have read that US President has to get up 6:00am in the morning each day and his meetings will start by 6:45am then meetings after meetings.  As reminder, this meetings are all concerning about managing a country if not global trend.  He would not be able to go to sleep until 2:00am in the morning.  4 or 8 years of this kind of life will definitely eat you alive !
