I think that old lady  is very respectful. Also she is already 61 years  old, she has beauty (when she as young) and the wisdom which are the two very important requirements of of being a air attendance. She really has good team spirit.
On the other hand, the airline should have a self evaluation , it should try to improve the
customer's service and avoid such things to happen again.
