It is acceptable to me, especially those who have painted their body. I think they don't mean to show off their bodies in nude. Since they are trying to protect the natural environment, they wanted to be natural.When everybody came to the world, they were naturally naked.
Personally, I absolutely won't think of doing the same thing.
