Having recently spent a little holiday traveling through Shangri_La, accompanied by a Tibetan tour guide, I did get some insight of the Tibetan culture and some understanding of the social conflict  that's happening in QinHai and Xizang.

With my very limited and superficial understanding of this complicated issue,
