Having recently spent a little holiday traveling through Shangri_La, accompanied by a Tibetan tour guide, I did get some insight of the Tibetan culture and some understanding of the social conflict  that's happening in QinHai and Xizang.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; w0 x2 y  W! L5 d6 f* ]
