This is not the first case of this kind of tragedy. I recall similar cases in Taiwan and Hong Kong in which the babies died. What makes this kind of incidence particularly criminal and despicable are they happened in relatively affluent countries, solely because of the neglect and irresponsibility of the parents. It is engendered due to the background and living styles of young parents who are not able to take care of themselves.
