FDR was the only US president serving more than two terms. He led the American people not only through the depression but WWII as well. His death shortly after the Yalta Conference, though sad,  surely sealed his legacy at the best time. G W Bush probably would stay at the bottom. His lies in his justification for the war on Iraq, his snobbish and buffoonery demeanor would certainly go down in the shameful pages of history. Although Dick Cheney is the 'brain', Bush should bear the ultimate responsibility. Obama is still subject to serious tests and his place would move drastically, for better or for worse. His administration seems unable to revive the US economy which remains very frail. His performance in the BP oil spill invites criticism and there is yet no timetable in stemming the spill. Good luck Obama!
