Correct, I feel that some cases is redundant, eg a girl getting all A and she wanted to study accounting course overseas, but I feel this type of case really too much.  What different to study accounting course locally and oversea?  Some more local is teaching Malaysia Accounting Standard and oversea is teaching their local accounting standard. I personally feel that is not worth to allow these people to go overseas.  Overseas sponsorship should give to those who study technical course which only available overseas and after study must return with the knowledge learn and contribute to the country.  Don't just think that you have the good result and the country must sponsor you go overseas.
