Regardless the fine is 300 or 1000, Malaysian driver still the same (rude, won't obey raod regulations), if need to fine, most of them also will pay "kopi duit". Unless the policeman can makeup themselves so fast to become so "clean", then that 1000 only can come to government. But how this government use this fine, is another issue, may be they use it to buy something useless also, then might as well they don't charge so high.
