I was going to Bank and asking for my Housing Loan, and i saw this : -

Not only this, Last few days just meet up a banker, and the housing loan package also have divide to "Islamic" and "Normal", which the "Islamic " package will have better offer, more flexi and cheaper compare to the Normal package, I really don't understand if Najib come out "1 Malaysia", but why there still need "Islamic" banking? "Islamic loan"??? why cant just be "1 banking", "1 housing loan"???
