講下世界各國點解禁止攜帶外國植物入境。。。
通常只有一個原因就是防止境外害蟲入侵。
例如美國USDA，The regulations in 7 CFR part 319
7 CFR part 319 prohibit or restrict the importation into the United States of certain plants and plant products to prevent the introduction of plant pests into the United States. The regulations contained in "Subpart–Plants for Planting" (§ 319.37) prohibit or restrict the importation of living plants, plant parts, and seeds for planting.
境外害蟲入侵其中一個例子.......
Asian long-horned beetle亞洲長角甲蟲,這種長角甲蟲現在已經意外地引入美國，加拿大，特立尼達，奧地利，法國，德國，意大利和英國等多個歐美國家。傷害程度可以講是一發不可收拾.
所以當我們想攜帶一些心愛嘅花草植物回國之前，是需要考慮下會不會帶來災難性的後果.
