My back still bothering me,..... but i will go to see doctor on 09/09/2009.
maybe injection first la,.... if not work out, then i need to do surgery,...
But still unknown,....
Miami 之旅,.... ai..... piss off. .... suppose 3 days, end up i have to stay for a week.
Because the crew was so stupid....... and so lazy.

It is easy,..... go supermarket get the pastry for the pot.....
after you get ready,..... u need to get the cream of chicken campbell soup, and get the dice of chicken thigh..
put it in the pot ....and leave it in the oven for 45 mins at 400C.
