The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. 5.39.217.762 s) V9 {2 w* V, @7 U

The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders. & c9 @; y- }+ L: `/ @Then there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side.( R v% l' _6 u6 s7 P0 e# ]
Followed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season. . a* c9 ?; ?8 C$ HThen there are the Bondi Beach, if you venture to the eastern side, well, there you will find a lot of women sunbaking topless; no fuss, as men do it all the time. ! M& b, m* @9 q) x1 SThen we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ ~5 e) N% d. ?* B' f
Here we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall.# v& }/ p+ Q* c* r/ x, O7 `
The last one is specially for the shopaholics. The renovated Queen Victoria Building, there used to be an up market Chinese restaurant inside, but it's now turned into another shop.
