Windows 7 为最新版本操作系统，已经大幅度改进！

Of course Win 7 better. Coz it's upgrade from Win XP platform...
If let say ur PC too old n slow, better remain Win XP...

Agree with anycalle638f, Win7 64bit is better... but need to match few things too only can fully perform out... like processor, RAM, HDD..
