i think if you jz drink more water during that moment, small portion, little by little...公仔箱論壇6 w, \8 u7 B& Z) W! M& K
or you can try to hold your breath and try to inflate your abdomen( make your stomach bigger with mouth closed)
i tried all above method and they helped....
