這意味著將來車主只要肯花錢，就能競投屬意的字母、號碼甚至本身想要的字眼，如Hui1to200等，做為車牌。

“特別車牌的銷售所得，從1991年的3600萬令吉，飆升至去年1億4100萬令吉，更成為當局第二高的收入來源。”

他補充，售賣特別車牌所得相當於陸路交通局營運開銷的35%，但是所有收入都直接上繳給政府。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 c. J( X! T( R. M# v

- w/ \& J5 M! Z7 r- w( R截至週日（11月22日），公開競投車牌最高售價，是2006年以20萬零900令吉成交的TAN1車牌，其他高價車牌包括價值14萬令吉的JJJ1、10萬4500令吉的WMW1車牌不過，當詢及個人化車牌的推出會否影響現有車牌價格，索拉不願置評。

those who want to buy the number, they are very rich,

If said the plan is approved, then the Malaysia road will full of weird plate number.

Government take another chance to earn our money... especially chinese... are willing to pay more to get the good car plate number. Only TAN1... government earn so much money already. As I know, the car plate with TAN also sold out are very fast. If not the car plate from Terengganu is very slow is compare with other state.
