i'm using Win XP, what is pagefile.sys? and can i delete this file? its size keep changing from 650Mb to 1.2Gb

[pagefile.sys] is u ram cache files...
u ram how many GB it size is how big...
[dont care that much]....

pagefile.sys is a system file, keep it.
