Even those don't like it do admit it is a great structure in architecture. But they insist that the structure is total unmatch with the classical structure of the museum. I must say I personally like it but not as part of the museum which keeps lot of classic masterpieces in different aspects. It just don't match! In fact, most items are displayed in the museum for 1 to 3 months in a year. Many others were kept behind. This circulation of item displaying is to bring "freshness" to people who visit at different instance.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* k: C& k+ M. X* w7 u* n

巴黎鐵塔 is not just an architecture. It is also a great piece in engineering. It is to the welcome Napoleon for bringing victory and glory to French as a whole. It's not just located in the centre of the city. You know why 龐畢度中心 has "以水管線路、煙囪風管、鋼筋桁架等怪異外觀"? I forget the name of the architect. But I've an article many years ago saying that the basic concept is " to bring the inside out" That mean to create the largest, unobsructed view within.
