韓媒 The Bell 在 3月18日發表的文章中指出，Samsung 首粒 3nm 處理器 Exynos 2500 由於良率問題和性能缺陷而陷入困境。據瞭解，Samsung 原本打算將 Exynos 2500 處理器應用於 Galaxy S25 系列手機，但由於良率和性能上的不足，不得不放棄這一旗艦機型的計劃。
