这问题每年都在发生，能解决早就解决，也不用拖拖拉拉折磨了这多年也没结果，奖学金?你能考到多多A也没用,为什麽华社不成立自己的升学基金会,让会员子女申请,如果华人有自己的升学基金会,学子就不用每年愁申请不到奖学金,贷学金,当然那个部门肯定会有更多藉口不发奖学金,贷学金给华人,这也是一个能给华人学子升学的机会,只要华人能一条心,相信这个升学基金会一定可以办的成功,希望看到一个没有政治,宗教色彩的基金会,是华人就应该支持华人的升学基金会,有钱出钱,有力出力,为我们炎黄子孙的前途着想,您怎麽看????作者: homme 時間: 2009-6-13 06:02 PM

Until today, the issues is still a mystery and no one wouldn't dare to seek for a clear answer.( o' P$ [& e* z) t+ V
Some of them (government officers) stated that this is due to the Chinese can afford to send their children to overseas and private college, thus why are they still required scholarship, which I thought the statement is fine and reasonable. ! Z8 ]& e0 P% q( WBut when they blame the student that after graduate from the college or overseas university, did not come to serve for the country, instead insist of staying at overseas persuing with their life there, or even work there, they said is a act of traitor, the statement start to pull my nerve. + i; G7 k2 h% {$ qWhy MUST the graduate student come back as in the 1st place you did not recognise them. What is the rational for them to do that? If they were to come back, what is the treatment they will be getting? They should evaluate the criteria based on the performance and fade out the quota condition. dun think about the scholarship la. if you got dare, go to Singapore apply the scholarship and no need to pay just need work 5 year at there. if good after you work at there, be the Singapore people dun come back to Malaysia again, because they dun love you anymore so you also dun love them again. if no dare and got many money, so you study at private university like segi, mmu. if no dare and no money, study at utar or ktar and ptptn will let you some money and you need pay back to them in future. many private university had recognized by other government. dun scare did not find the job at other country.
