我要瞓鬥
不少香港人為了賺錢、玩樂等不同原因而無心睡眠，「唔夠瞓」卻容易影響一個人的專注力、判斷力等，能否靠意志力戰勝一切？《我要瞓鬥》是一個以睡眠為主題的馬拉松式競技比賽節目，參賽者要努力對抗「睡魔」，盡力保持最佳的精神狀態，完成不同的遊戲關卡，避免被淘汰，最終勝出者將可獲得豐富的獎金及獎品。透過節目內容，也希望讓觀眾可從中了解到睡眠的重要，並提高大眾對睡眠與健康的關注。
