I am sharing the cable line with my roomate, but I found that his download speed is way faster than mine when we are downloading at the same time. Change the setting of the connection upload rate or other things. The download speed depends on the amount of seeds and the speed of the torrents. " T$ v6 @6 h0 f1 p, E* p
You can also try using another bt client like utorrent.
