【簡介】《特搜9 5》發生了警察被奪走自己的槍，後腦勺中彈死亡的事件。淺輪直樹（井之原快彥飾）等特別搜查班開始展開搜查。逮捕了有前科的男子后，發生了第二起殺人事件。小宮山志保（羽田美智子飾）等人前往事件現場的餐廳，被殺害的是該店的廚師。得到了戴面具的男人的目擊信息，不久，一名員工被拘留。然而，第三起事件又發生了。下一個被害者是從事黑錢行業的男子，作案手法和使用的手槍與第一、二起案件相同。監控攝像頭拍到了那個戴面具的男人。直樹靈光一閃，再次來到事件現場尋找線索。第四起事件終於發生了
