劇中人處身於受大財團會長操控的都市，就算警方多次試圖揭露其罪行，卻遭受打壓及迫害，無法將會長入罪。心灰意冷的檢察官，卻接受了一個特別指令，招攬前黑幫成員及警察，組成一隊專門對付惡勢力的組織，以暴力去調查會長的犯罪行為。所以，男主角許日厚雖然已經金盆洗手，遠離昔日打打殺殺的日子，更開了一間餐廳，當上了老闆，準備過一些寧靜日子。不過，他最終接受了檢察官的建議，決定再次踏進暴亂世界，集合一班瘋狗，以暴逆暴，一起懲戒惡勢力。
