講述的是好不容易進入公司的職員，因為最糟糕的部長而差點被迫離職，卻最終讓原來的上司成為自己的部下的痛快復仇喜劇。朴海鎮飾演原本是市場組實習生，卻改變地位成了上司。韓智恩則飾演營銷組的實習生，屆時會成為引起觀眾共鳴的重要人物。朴基雄將在劇中飾演會長的獨生子－南宮俊秀，「俊秀食品」的代表，是一個沒有父親的許可，就甚麼都做不了的「掛名社長」。
