求救!整麵包問題,有無人知點解我用麵包機整麵包,點解整完出來會有陣生生哋嘅味,已是第二次了,又掉得.....唉!!!有無人試過會咁,還是我的材料份量問題,有無人有做麵包成功嘅材料份量呢?或者有咩要注意呢?多謝題點!!:Q

It can be many possubilities in your process.  However you may use a strong yeast.  The strong like vanilla essence oil can be used for declination of the smelling.  It may be other reasons of the situation still there.  Therefore you need to describe it in more detail in case to find out your problems then.

Can you post us your bread recipe?  You might use too much yeast or your recipe method incorrect.
