“如果我是XX，你會怎麼做？”《人類觀察學》是一個有關率直反應概念題材的節目，它採訪了大街上的素人以及名人，並利用隱藏攝像頭捕捉被觀察者的反應。例如，如果一個受歡迎的名人打扮成普通的店員會怎樣呢？或者當一個略為微醉的丈夫決定問妻子是否愛他時，會發生什麼事情？她的反應會是什麼？她又會否作出回應？在這個節目裡，人們的坦率反應屢屢超乎想像。
