林尚美(徐睿知飾)因父親生意失敗而被迫遷，寄居於破爛貨櫃屋，一位教主發現了他們的困境，邀請他們到教會，並為他們找新房子。但這個教會背景如謎，曾把信徒關在「個人祈禱室」，而房中不斷傳出慘叫聲。林尚美和她的哥哥在新學校受盡欺淩，林尚美向同校「四人幫」的韓尚煥(玉澤演飾) 求助，並發展一段與邪教對抗的驚悚故事。
