7月，在政治不穩定因素下，海外移民再次成為城中熱話。而馬來西亞「第二家園計畫」一直都是港人移民的其中一個考慮。原因是第二家園移民門檻低，只需要150萬港幣左右便可到馬來西亞置業。然而，第二家園計畫已實施了差不多22年。然而，直至7月，mm2h 計畫未見港人的申請有急劇上。而前幾天，大馬政府公佈決定暫時終止處理申請mm2h計畫直至2020年12月。雖然，mm2h 計畫申請暫停，但當地旅遊部長則聲稱mm2h計畫是有效幫助馬來西亞本地經濟發展。4 q6 M& i: {3 H3 ?3 T
想請教大家，mm2h 計畫的暫停，是否代表港人仍然可以到馬來西亞置業？只是不能透過mm2h計畫去買馬來西亞樓？因為早前看中了幾個吉隆坡樓盤，打算和家人透過mm2h計畫到馬來西亞移民，可是卻碰上這個小問題。

mm2h 和買樓是完全沒有關係.  沒有mm2h 也可以買樓(但要付合外國人買樓條件).  沒有買樓也可以申請mm2h.

外國人買樓要有最低樓價限制.  大概是最少一百萬馬幣. (因州份不同, 有所不同). 本地中產家庭住的樓價大概是50萬.  所以當地人說, 過百萬馬幣的樓是起給外地人買的, 當地人沒有多少人會買.

买楼是买楼
mm2h也是买楼，但是有提供10年签字，可续签

Be honest, no point to take malaysia MM2H even living cost there is cheap. Low living cost comes with a lot of unknown and disadvantages. The Gov there is not really making sense at all and they broke the policy continunity. I was previously applied but my application form was being returned with abnormal reason, not sure this is luck to me or not, but I gave up already. I know quiet a lot of people who applied in the same time frame as mine, most of them already gave up and some already moved to England especially family with children.
