本人使用的是拨号上网方式，就是有User Name及Password的那种（Streamyx 1M)。因为每次都可能拿到不同的IP Address，在众多IP如：( v1 S! F" j! P6 `8 w' T
公仔箱論壇 o9 J$ @% @! B+ r7 Q- |- ?2 w- }/ _
118.xx.xx.xx, 124.xx.xx.xx, 115.xx.xx.xx, 60.51.xx.xx及60.54.xx.xx的。发现60.54.xx.xx的下载速度最佳，问题是我应该如何设定才能每次都是60.54.xx.xx的呢？

you can't choose bcos yours one is dynamic IP,not fix IP.
