Not so sure, but I notice that the download had been increase a bit lately.
However, I currently encounter slow download for the seeds download form tvbnow website.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。6 E0 c" f. D) Y& W1 X4 B% h

it is not down right now since i have downloaded earlier.. it did have some hiccups earlier
