各位會下廚的朋友..注意啦啦!! ; ?4 G, Y* X# U; w# Z M) A% _" W, E: W9 b5.39.217.76煮蛋不可先放鹽,炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽,因為鹽與蛋中乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒!3 f- t& S$ Y$ @# q6 T8 \0 J9 v
所以.....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,若加鹽蒸蛋會有一點綠綠顏色。(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!),tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. M; d- |6 n* D) ?/ o1 E

i don't understand. The soy sauce also got salt as an ingredient, why can mix with the egg but not salt? or may be just because soy sauce's color is too dark, so we don't know that will change to green color also??作者: jcbatman 時間: 2008-10-27 02:30 AM
