有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?公仔箱論壇- _& b0 b5 C: D# z3 s" H
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.76* {1 N4 u0 h* ]2 e6 B1 \+ i
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# w- B' n5 \0 F; v

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.+ F3 ]" ~ S& X

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 d, X* x3 O4 q# K( }

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
