有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?0 q" i: G3 m: F" z) z. S
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.4 @8 ]; X, P3 A d* l4 Q8 S
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇( g6 u4 |. J1 y4 s v6 G2 @7 C
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- E/ u3 {/ i; Z* M/ Y
4) The version , you have is not good.5.39.217.76) y& e$ I+ K, N) S% {$ z
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
