有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.5.39.217.76% Q1 N! d- M1 S! K3 s) P6 D

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
& F7 l: u8 C( A2 q1 z7 l公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.. H$ F6 Y5 U! d/ h
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
. Y, y3 H5 C& j1 A5.39.217.76I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇) r2 L( z9 F% Q- z

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
