　　《風之花園》以壯美的大自然為背景，講述了由中井貴一扮演的癌症晚期麻醉師白島貞美與其家人的故事。白島貞美在東京的一家大醫院工作，不幸的是由於患了癌症，死期即將臨近。更痛苦的是，白島曾因婚外戀，與遠在故鄉富良野的妻兒沒有了往來。孤獨悔恨中，兩個孩子來到了父親的身邊……5.39.217.76- J' x* H& w8 A+ _$ N: E
　　倉本聰透露：「『風之花園』含有『冥河』彼岸的花園的意思。中井貴一將要飾演的是人如何走向彼岸，即 如何迎接人生的最後時刻。並且，這也許是我們以富良野為背景的最後一部連續劇。也正因如此，我們才取了個『人最後的回歸地』這樣的名字。」
