Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has given his judgment on the Robinho soap opera that has just concluded and it isn’t good.
The dynamic playmaker has condemned the way the Brazilian acted prior to his transfer out of Madrid.
Fabregas has criticized the former Los Merengues star, pointing the finger at Robinho for his publicity stunt a few days ago, where he staged a press conference in a hotel ballroom when Real Madrid were playing away to Deportivo La Coruna.
"I do not know him, but I would not have liked it if a teammate of mine did what he did, especially just hours before an important game," said Fabregas. "It is not the right thing to do, no matter how bad the situation was; because they are your teammates and they would not have liked it."
Fabregas then revealed that he did not know the full story of the Robinho saga as he does not keep up with the rumour mill, but he warned Robinho that the "Premier League is getting more difficult as the standard keeps going up every year."
The Spaniard's comments were made before Robinho's move to Manchester City and the pair can now look forward to a fiery face-off when the two teams meet.
