勇與女記者高婕(郭可盈)由誤會衝突進展成情侶，感情正逐漸增長，期間CID新女隊員藍嘉文(郭藹明)介入，並主動向勇示愛，令勇、婕的感情出現新危機。與此同時，婕發現文過去曾在外國因三角戀愛而放火殺人，當捷與友人欲揭發文的過去時，婕的友人竟離奇被殺！究竟文是否殺人滅口的兇手？而勇、婕與文這段三角關係又將如何了斷？
