申錫浩－池晟（池城）飾
不堪入目的新設立KTOP娛樂公司代表，從22歲時做經紀人開始，在KTOP奉獻了10年青春，他具有能發現明星的鷹眼。
想與在KTOP裡獨自培養的頂級偶像組合Jackson一起獨立單幹，但是犯下了酒駕這一致命錯誤，並處於水深火熱之中。
夢想著東山再起，再度傾注熱情培養戲子樂隊。

鄭克琳－惠利飾
父母雙亡，賣海鮮為生的22歲女子，後為戲子樂隊經紀人，父母過世後在札嘎其市場賣魚的22歲女子，每天無法喘氣的活著，是打工達人，作為申錫浩打造的戲子樂隊主唱趙河那唯一的保護者，為了趙河那的幸福而挽起兩隻胳膊熱血奮鬥的姐姐。

趙河那－姜敏赫飾
戲子樂隊成員之一，音樂天才，鄭格林的弟弟，與申錫浩經常爭吵，並單戀鄭格林。
擁有動人嗓音的他因意外捲入某事件中而放棄了音樂的道路，後偶然遇見申錫浩而人生出現了轉機。

呂敏珠－蔡貞安飾
Ocean娛樂理事，臉蛋、身材、造型，全都沒有不足之處的人物，單戀申錫浩。
雖然沒有出色的名演員但是能與愛惜的演員們友好相處的酷性格管理層理事。
