you have to install that program by yourself .... it's in your CD device...

Vista去Control Panel->Clock, Language, and Region(再看下面蓝字)->Change keyboards or other input methods->Change keyboards...->Add...

XP去Control Panel->Date, Time, Language and Regional Options->Regional and Language Options->Languges tab->看有没有勾Install files for East Asian languages ->如果没有就打勾按 apply (要用回安装视窗的光碟安装) 再去Details...->Add....
