The colors of sunset is rich but peaceful.  c* r% @8 [& D
The colors of sunrise from dark to bright suggesting vibrant and energy.! Y1 V& C  }6 I4 K9 i9 p( b
Whether you just sit there to witness the changes or do meditation/exercise during this 陰陽轉換的時刻 is beneficial to your mind and body.
