I got a sony xperia z3 compact, I cant remember whether i have activate the phone lock or not, which i dont think i have, every time i use the phone it did not ask me for any password. I remember i only activate the Free version of AVG anti-theft password. However, few days ago, when i use my phone I forgot my AVG password and enter wrong password for few time and now the phone had lock up, even i enter the correct AVG password, it again ask me for second password, and it show on screen that only emergency call can be make and ask for password. I think my phone had been lock by phone lock, I wonder if anyone could have encounter this problem , and able to help me. or anyone had defult password to unlock this phone ?
