火龍果1個 (去皮，切塊)，香蕉2條 (剝皮，切段)，溫水300毫升，蜜糖1 1/2湯匙

1. 將火龍果和香蕉同放入果汁機中，加入溫水打勻成汁，倒入杯中，加入蜜糖調味，即可飲用。
