We begin with this this week’s Budget,delivered by the Financial Secretary on Wednesday. And it’s a Budget to which the general response was “same old, same old”. From across the political divide, from the FTU to People Power, came criticisms that the Budget did little to help the needy, nor – for that matter - the middle class. The glass is then, of course, thrown away.
