烹飪過程:

01.燒開鍋後,放入油,待熱。將豬肉片,慢慢置入,煎炸成金黃色,待用。

1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.

2. Crush the salted egg yolk, set aside.

3. Heat the wok, switch to small flame and melt butter. Stir in thesalted egg yolk, add the fried sliced pork prepared earlier. Stir-fryto mix well and dish out to serve.
