02.將鹹蛋黃攪碎,待用。

3 salted egg yolks, steamed

Method:  h9 H9 h) v  e
1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.+ U3 X) @( E& v' x# U4 P; F8 k
2. Crush the salted egg yolk, set aside.
* L6 f' i" T1 m* O% V4 o3. Heat the wok, switch to small flame and melt butter. Stir in thesalted egg yolk, add the fried sliced pork prepared earlier. Stir-fryto mix well and dish out to serve.
