烹飪過程:

03.燒開鍋後,轉小火放入牛油,煮溶。倒入鹹蛋黃拌炒,之後加入炸豬肉片,攪拌均勻,即可。

1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.5.39.217.763 Q5 C% u& g: `
2. Crush the salted egg yolk, set aside.
: N/ }3 V; X/ ~- Y7 c3. Heat the wok, switch to small flame and melt butter. Stir in thesalted egg yolk, add the fried sliced pork prepared earlier. Stir-fryto mix well and dish out to serve.
