烹飪過程:
01.燒開鍋後，放入油，待熱。將豬肉片，慢慢置入，煎炸成金黃色，待用。

500g pork belly, sliced
half a wok of cooking oil, for deep-frying purposes

Pork Marinade:
4 tbsps corn flour
1 egg/ E" V4 l2 s9 G/ T% S
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt: G4 ~' v( J; x' i3 O. F( _/ g' ^
1/4 tsp sugartvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( K6 L1 P6 O) D: P' a

Ingredient B:5 \6 N0 Q# \7 ^9 ^$ H& G
3 salted egg yolks, steamed+ Y- J) [& l+ g! |) P1 b: S+ E3 F6 U
2 tbsps butter# S9 K' e7 x9 z- y

Method:
1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.
