鹹蛋黃......3粒(蒸熟)
牛油......2湯匙

腌肉料:
粟粉......4湯匙
雞蛋......1個
醬油......1茶匙
鹽......1/4 茶匙, R% z( C2 h' t
糖......1/4 茶匙$ v! p( c5 e8 q2 l/ H! i. J4 e1 p

五花肉(帶皮)......500公克(切成小片)
食油......半鍋(煎炸用途)

烹飪過程:
01.燒開鍋後，放入油，待熱。將豬肉片，慢慢置入，煎炸成金黃色，待用。
02.將鹹蛋黃攪碎，待用。& E: C* w$ x# p$ n

4 tbsps corn flour
1 egg

1/4 tsp salt

Method:
1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.
